Duties:
Responsible for daily HR operations, documentation and maintaining public files for compliance. Strategize workflow, compile reports, and develop internal communication materials regarding benefits, compensation and other human resource policies. Customize new strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and conduct hands-on training sessions.
Requirements:
Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources Administration or related field with at least two (2) years of experience in job offered or related occupation such as HR Analyst. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. Travel/relocation may be required.
